Lose My Soul

Our family has always enjoyed listening to Toby Mac! We especially like this song right now "Lose My Soul" There are many statements that speak to me- "I'm not gonna let these material things get in my way, I'm trying to get somewhere (Heaven), Father God I am clay in your hands, I don't want to gain the whole world and lose my soul, Where's your heart?, What's your title?, The first thing to prosper should be inside of me, How do I sense a tide that's rising- desensitizing me from living in a light of eternity? Lord forgive us when we get consumed by the things of this world, That fight for our love, and our passion, As our eyes are open wide and on you. Grant us the privilege of your world view, And may your kingdom be, what wakes us up, and lays us down." I want to be wide open and available to the blessings that God has for me and our family. I want to have a heavenly focus and not such an earthly one! I want the Spirit inside of me to grow more than anything else! There are so many distractions trying to get us away from that focus!
